Payment can be made according to the following procedures: - Checks must be drawn on a Canadian bank and made payable to the order of "Universite Laval (GreenSys 2009)". - Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). The transaction will appear under the name "QVC-Inscript" on your next statement. Confirmation of registration Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You will be asked to present your confirmation document upon arrival. Please note that badges and other documents will not be mailed out; you have to pick them up on-site at the registration desk. Cancellation policy Cancellations received by April 1st will be refunded, less $100 administrative charges. Please note that the registration fee will not be refunded until after the Conference. Cancellations received after April 1st are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat either by fax to 418-658-8850 or email to josee@greensys2009.com. If the conference is cancelled for any reason, GreenSys 2009 shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration. Certificate of attendance A certificate of attendance will be available on site. Badges Identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all Conference functions (scientific or social). Individuals who lose their badges will be required to pay a $30 fee for a personalized replacement badge.

Letter of Invitation
To expedite your visa application, we would be delighted to provide you with an official letter of invitation. This procedure is designed to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference, but does not cover registration fees or other expenses. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.
